Badre Kamah, Managing Director
Badre's career started as a graduate business analyst at Barclays in 1999. He moved on to TMP Worldwide selling directory advertising in 2001 where he remained for the next five years working on key accounts including Lloyds TSB, Esure and Toyota. He needed a new challenge and took an opportunity as a New Business Manager at Mailtrack Media where he specialised in email marketing and customer insight specifically in the Market Research, Insurance and Travel sectors. Clients he has managed include YouGov, Ipsos, Travelsphere, Mercedes-Benz and Austrian Airlines. Outside of work he enjoys running and travelling and when he's not doing that you will most likely find him cooking an exotic dish of Lemon Tagine in his West London apartment.
Sha Hussain, Commercial Director
Sha's ten years in digital media started back in 1999 working as an executive at Profero. After a successful two year stint there he moved into the world of email marketing learning both the retention and acquisition sides of the medium and picking up some useful experience in creative execution and customer insight along the way. His biggest achievements include successfully planning and implementing McDonalds' first acquisition email campaign to over 5,000,000 consumers in the UK and creating a database of over 50,000 fashion followers for Hugo Boss to market their first online store to in 2008. Away from the office he enjoys playing cricket, snowboarding in the French Alps and keeping abreast of the latest fashion trends.
Cross Digital Story
Sha and Badre met at Mailtrack Media in 2006, where they worked together for nearly three years before deciding to embark on their own journey in March 2009, forming
Cross Digital a new kind of email marketing agency.
Cross Digital is a young, dynamic and imaginative agency offering high quality data, creative flair and effective technologies. Sha and Badre recognised that with the continual evolution of digital media, technologies and applications within the industry should be better served. With this in mind the company was formed to provide a means of uniting disparate activities in a commercially viable manner for the benefit of all.
